Good to Know
Drew University is a private university in Madison, New Jersey. Drew has been nicknamed the "University in the Forest" because of its wooded 186-acre campus. As of fall 2020, more than 2,200 students were pursuing degrees at the university's three schools. Drew's beautiful, wooded campus is located in a charming small town just outside New York City, and a Drew education links the classroom to the city. For example, students study theatre (in Drew's top-ten Theatre Program) on Broadway, finance and economics on Wall Street, international affairs at the United Nations, contemporary art in Chelsea, communications and media in Midtown and art and art history in major museums and studios of working artists.
